Rathbone Pavilion
The Rathbone Pavilion is North Waltham’s village hall. The building has evolved over the years, initially just a set of changing rooms for the village football team in the late 50s but now consists of two rooms, a kitchen, and amenities. The hall is home to the village preschool, most of the village clubs / organisations and is available to hire for private functions (see details below).

Room Hire
The Pavilion has two rooms that are available for hire:
The Main Room
Has a capacity of 60 people and it fitted with a projector and projection screen. The use of tables and chairs is included as is full access to the kitchen area and all toilets. This room also has direct access to the terrace area.
The Doris Cook Room
Has a capacity of 40 people and access to its own sink / kitchenette facilities as well as the shared toilet facilities. This room also has its own independent access, separate from the rest of the building.

Notes
- The hourly rate is available to village societies and organisations
Hire Periods
- Morning = 0900-1300
- Afternoon = 1300-1700
- Evening = 1700-2359
- Hire for other periods (e.g., a part morning) can be considered – please Contact Us with your requirements
Facilities
- Main Hall hire includes use of the kitchen and toilets as well as access to projector facilities
- Doris Cooke Room hire includes the use of the bathrooms and the sink in the room (& kitchen if not already used)
- Entire Building hire includes the use of all facilities on site
- All hire rates include heating, lighting, and water services
