The gates and swing barriers in the play area have now been re-furbished and the gates have new closing mechanisms. There is a wider gap between gate and post to minimise any risk of a child getting a finger trapped.
We have ordered a new net for the climbing frame which should be installed in October.
We have had to remove the top section of the wooden train on safety grounds. I am awaiting a visit from a specialist company to review whether this can be repaired.
