The large goal post, retained following dissolution of the football team many years ago, has proved very popular over the spring and summer this year for target practice and polishing up shooting skills. Users are requested to take particular care to keep the ball within the confines of the Meadow and avoid sending the ball over the hedge into neighbouring gardens and verges.
