For several years many of you have been putting Christmas Greetings in the magazine instead of sending actual Christmas cards locally, then donating what they would have spent on cards and postage to Sebastian’s Action Trust which runs Bluebells; a unique holiday home on the edge of the village offering respite breaks, 365 days a year, to the families of children with serious, life-limiting or life-threatening medical conditions.
Many people have commented on how much they enjoy reading these greetings.
If you would like to put your Christmas Greeting in the December magazine, please send your message to the magazine editor Julie Hugman (7 St Michael’s Close) or email parish.magazine@hotmail.com by 24th November. Donations to me at Hill House, Mary Lane. Cheques payable to Sebastian’s Action Trust.
