Village Street Party at the Pond
Looking ahead to the Coronation on May 6th, let’s plan a North Waltham Street Party to share the occasion together as friends and neighbours.
We’ll create a special memory, not only for our children, but for all of us lucky enough to live here in our community. As as a community, it will be lovely to hold it at the heart of the village near the pond.
Taking place on the Sunday after the Coronation, the Street Party will be a 4pm tea-time@bring your own@event – tables will be set up and pre-bookable or you can just bring your own.
Food and drinks to bring – your choice!
Bunting, flags and music will set the scene and road closures will be in place to ensure a safe environment. Further details will follow nearer the date.
These are just initial thoughts and ideas but a small working committee it needed to get together to plan the details and share the organisation. Thank you to those who have already offered to help!
