Basingstoke and Deane Local Plan

On the 26th May 2016, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council adopted the Local Plan 2011-2029. The adopted local plan forms part of the statutory development for the borough, sets the council’s vision and the strategy for the area until 2029. Once the North Waltham Neighbourhood plan has been completed the two will provide the basis for decisions on planning applications within the parish for the coming years.
